Sign in at captchainbox.com/auth/sign-in with your Google account and grant the requested permissions. The onboarding wizard then walks you through building your trusted-sender list and enabling real-time protection — about 5 minutes end to end.

Nothing is ever deleted: challenged emails are archived and listed under Dashboard → Activity. From there you can restore any email to your inbox and add the sender to your whitelist so they are never challenged again. You can also pre-whitelist addresses or whole domains under Dashboard → Whitelist.

Disable monitoring any time under Dashboard → Settings. Disconnecting your account stops all filtering immediately; deleting your account additionally revokes Captchainbox's Google access and erases your data.

Unknown senders receive one automatic reply with a payment link for the price you set. After payment, their email is delivered to your inbox and they receive a grace period. You can switch to CAPTCHA or customise the reply text under Dashboard → Settings → Auto-reply Template.

Under Dashboard → Settings → Earnings and payouts, choose Pay me and complete Stripe's connected-account setup. Stripe deducts its actual processing fee, Captchainbox keeps 10% of what remains, and the other 90% transfers to your connected Stripe account after each month closes. Your current pot is visible on the dashboard, and you can send it early from Settings. You can instead direct future proceeds to the Internet Archive or the Electronic Frontier Foundation; those balances are reviewed and settled monthly.
